It starts by selecting a base wrap design on our website. Once your order is received, the custom process begins.

You then send us your preferred colours, logos, sponsors, rider name or number. Our team works directly with you to integrate these elements into the chosen base design and fine-tune the colours and layout so everything fits the helmet perfectly.

If you’re unsure about colour combinations or placement, we’re happy to guide you — our goal is to make custom easy and accessible for everyone.

2. Print — Purpose-Built Helmet Materials

Once the design is approved, the wrap is printed using vinyl developed specifically for helmet applications. This ensures the right balance between durability, flexibility and finish.

3. Dry & Laminate — Built to Last

After printing, the vinyl is allowed to dry properly before a protective laminate is applied. This laminate protects the graphics and helps keep the wrap looking sharp over time.

4. Cut, Box & Ship — Ready for You

The laminated wrap is then precision-cut, checked by our team, carefully boxed and shipped to you — ready for application.

5. Applying the wrap

Applying the wrap to your helmet is simple and quite fun.
One important tip: do not use heat when applying the stickers. This is a special helmet-specific material — once overheated, it will not return to its original shape.
