The Jitsie aluminium hub spacer Race is a precision-machined accessory designed to fine-tune the position of your hub. Made from 7075-T6 aluminium and available in multiple thicknesses (2mm, 3mm, 5mm), it allows you to adjust spacing easily without changing hub or frame parts. Whether you need to correct alignment, spaced brake calipers, or ensure optimal chain line, this spacer gives a lightweight and reliable solution.

• Lateral alignment correction – Sometimes your wheel or hub sits slightly off center in the frame or fork (due to manufacturing tolerances, hardware differences, or wear). A hub spacer lets you shift the hub’s position sideways so the wheel becomes perfectly centered.
• Disc protector installation – creates the space needed to mount a rear disc protector without interfering with hub fitment.
• Brake master cylinder/caliper alignment — On bikes with rim or disc brakes, proper alignment matters for optimal braking. If the hub is off, your brake master cylinder or caliper might rub or be misaligned. Adding a spacer lets you fine-tune the position so the rotor or rim sits exactly in the master cylinder/caliper’s intended path.
• Chain line/drivetrain alignment – In certain setups (especially if combining hub spacing and drivetrain parts), a small lateral tweak with a spacer can help align the chain, reducing wear and improving efficiency.
