NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase on www.jitsie.com to make a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with all product hangtags still attached.

Please follow our easy return procedure below: 

  1. Contact Sales Support
    Email our sales support team at support@jitsie.com and indicate the items you wish to return. Please include your sales order or invoice number. 
  2. Await Confirmation
    Returns are only accepted after confirmation from our sales team. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
  3. Return the parcel
    Return shipping costs and labels are not covered by Jitsie. You may use a courier of your choice to return the approved items. Return address:

  4. Refund Processing
    Once the returned parcel has been received and validated, our accounts department will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the order.
  5. Tracking Responsibility
    Please retain your tracking number at all times. Lost or damaged parcels remain the responsibility of the sender and cannot be refunded by Jitsie.

WHAT ABOUT A REFUND?

Once we’ve received your package and our team has checked and approved the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within five working days to your original method of payment (e.g. credit card).
Please note:

  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Jitsie
  • For returns shipped from outside the European Union, please note that Jitsie is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees applied to the return shipment. Any such charges are the responsibility of the sender and are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your account

WARRANTY

Jitsie guarantees that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is subject to the following exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear due to ageing
  • Improper assembly, installation, repair, or lack of proper maintenance
  • Modifications or alterations made to the product
  • Damage caused by crashes or accidents
  • Improper fitment
  • Use outside the intended purpose of trials

Jitsie makes no other express warranties or guarantees. If you believe your Jitsie product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@jitsie.com. Jitsie is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

For warranty claims on Jitsie products purchased from an authorised Jitsie reseller, please submit your claim directly with that reseller.
