Shipment of your order

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) on working days (Monday to Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends are processed on the next working day.

Orders that include custom-made products will be shipped once the entire order is complete. We do not split shipments for orders that include both standard (in-stock) items and custom products.

Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather conditions or carrier-related issues beyond our control.

Always provide a physical address (no P.O. boxes) and a phone number when placing your order. This is required for shipping.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Below you’ll find the list of countries we ship to, along with the standard shipping costs per country. Bicycles have a fixed handling and shipping fee depending on the destination country. Their value does not count toward the free shipping minimum.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
