Description

Protect your forks and add a premium factory look with the new Jitsie short carbon fork protectors. Designed to fit all Paioli/R16V, Tech and Showa trials forks, these lightweight protectors securely clip onto the lower fork tubes to shield them from scratches, stone chips and impact damage.

Manufactured from high-quality carbon fibre and available in both classic 3K carbon and modern forged carbon, they combine effective protection with an unmistakably high-end appearance. Each protector features a deep varnished finish that is carefully polished to deliver exceptional gloss and depth, while the subtle Jitsie brand name on the upper section completes the premium look.

Carbon fibre is widely used in motorsport applications thanks to its excellent strength-to-weight ratio, stiffness and durability.

3K versus cold forged carbon

Our Jitsie carbon fork protectors are available in two premium finishes: 3K carbon and forged carbon. Both are manufactured from genuine carbon fibre and offer the same excellent protection, strength and lightweight performance. The difference is purely in the appearance.

3K carbon

The classic carbon fibre look, featuring the familiar woven checkerboard pattern. This timeless finish is often found on factory race bikes and high-end performance components, giving your bike a clean and technical appearance.

Forged carbon

Forged carbon is produced using randomly oriented carbon fibre pieces, creating a unique marbled pattern where no two parts are exactly alike. Its modern, high-end appearance has become increasingly popular in motorsport and the automotive industry.

Which one should I choose?

Performance is identical for both versions. The choice simply comes down to personal preference:

  • 3K carbon if you prefer the traditional woven carbon look seen on race motorcycles.
  • Forged carbon if you want a more modern, distinctive appearance with a unique pattern on every part.

Both versions are manufactured from genuine carbon fibre and finished with a durable clear coating for a premium appearance and long-lasting protection.
