The Jitsie silencer bracket kit has been developed as a premium upgrade for the original Beta Sincro silencer mounting system. By increasing the support area and using high-quality materials throughout, the kit provides a significantly stronger and more durable mounting solution for long-term reliability.

The support bracket is manufactured from 303 stainless steel, creating a much larger contact area against the frame to better distribute the load from the silencer. Precision CNC-machined 7075 aluminium bush and cup components work together with the rubber grommet to create a secure, vibration-isolated mounting system that supports the silencer while allowing controlled movement to reduce stress on the mounting point.

The frame mounting bolt has been upgraded from the original Allen bolt to a conventional 10mm hex-head bolt, making inspection and tightening quick and easy—even with the silencer installed. The original silencer mounting bolt is also replaced by a Torx T25 bolt, matching the fasteners used on the mudguards and many other components on the bike, allowing routine maintenance with a single tool.

Supplied as a complete installation kit, including a spare rubber grommet, the Jitsie silencer bracket kit delivers improved strength, easier servicing and a premium factory finish.

💡Installation tip

Before starting the installation, loosen or remove the upper silencer mounting bolt. This allows the silencer to move freely and makes it easier to align and install the new lower silencer bracket components.

Step 1 – Replace the original silencer bracket

Remove the original silencer bracket and mounting bolt from the frame.

Install the Jitsie stainless steel silencer bracket in the same mounting location using the supplied M6 hex flange bolt. Tighten the bolt only lightly at this stage. Final tightening will be carried out at the end of the installation.

Step 2 – Install the rubber grommet

Fit the new rubber grommet into the lower silencer mount. Make sure the grommet is fully and correctly seated.

Step 3 – Install the rear bush

From the rear side of the silencer mount, insert the rear bush through the stainless steel bracket and into the rubber grommet. Make sure the bush is fully seated.

Step 4 – Install the front cup and bolt

Position the aluminium cup on the front side of the silencer mount.

Insert the supplied M6 Torx T25 bolt through the cup and tighten it into the rear bush until the complete assembly is securely fastened.

Step 5 – Tighten the silencer bracket

Securely tighten the M6 hex flange bolt installed in Step 1.

If the upper silencer mounting bolt was loosened or removed before installation, reinstall and securely tighten it.

✅ Installation complete

Check that all components are correctly seated and all mounting bolts are securely tightened. The Jitsie silencer bracket kit is now installed and ready for use.

After the first ride, check the mounting bolts again to ensure they remain securely tightened.
