Jitsie Headset Press

• consists of a pair of spacers machined to match the bearings inside and outside diameters, and a threaded rod to pull the spacers together
• supplied with T-bar handles that make the tool super easy to use
• M8x300mm threaded rod with thrust bearings
• suitable for standard and tapered headsets used in trials
• spacers feature a number of incremental diameters: one spacer has steps at 25.7mm, 29.6mm, 36.5mm and 47.5mm, while the other spacer has steps at 29.6mm, 36.5mm, 47.5mm and 60mm. These steps allow the press to suit 1″, 1 1/8″, 1.4″ and 1.5″ headset cups
• it is recommended to press one headset cup at a time to reduce the force applied on the threaded rod

The Jitsie headset press is a precision tool designed for installing headset cups (bearing housings) into bicycle frames. It uses a threaded rod and stepped spacers to press the cups squarely and safely, accommodating both standard and tapered headsets used in trials setups.
